7 Minute Workout

Get into the best shape of your life, training 7 minutes a day, 3 times a week

Our unique and PROVEN approach, and why … until now … the fitness industry has failed miserably

You have learned by now that we only train 7 minutes a day, 3 times a week.

We hope you have also learned that this approach is actually better than training more!

It is hard to believe, and it takes a while to forget the old adopted myths about fitness. However, it is a point that needs to be underlined in your mind.

With our program, as fitness improves through consistent training, we change intensity, NOT duration. In other words, as our exercise program becomes a part of your life (like brushing your teeth) your fitness will improve and your training program will change, but NOT get longer.

We use chemical reactions in the body to ensure that the workouts we put you through do not create the negative emotions associated with over training. The lifestyle choices we guide you through are designed to help you add our fitness routines into your life schedule.

The same concept applies for nutrition. If you make a few adjustments, it will have a snowball effect and make other choices easier because your body will not be demanding the foods you should not eat.

Our emotions, our decisions and our feelings are results of chemical reactions in the body, and can be manipulated and controlled to help you meet your goals.

Up until now, these reactions have been making your life difficult for all these years. That’s because you are dealing with natural reactions to programs that make your body react as if it is being injured.

You are locked into a cycle of trying to use your will power to over rule your natural instincts. You’ve been told that you have no other choice!

WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!!

What sounds crazy to us is NOT that you only need to train 7 minutes a day 3 times a week...
But what sounds crazy to us is that the fitness industry is constantly telling people to try to "toughen up" and just do it, despite the fact that obesity is now an epidemic!!

They want to tell you that it is YOU who have failed, not them. Preaching the same wrong message again and again, while the failure of that message is actually destroying the health of our entire population!! .....Now that is crazy!

Remember, as you are energized by our approach, you will want to share it with people. You will face questions and even have people straight out disbelieve you.

In fact, the reactions are often incredibly negative. We have had fitness trainers who have never had near the success we have had, and are perhaps half the athletes we are (on their best day) tell us that we are wrong!
When you get those reactions ....smile to yourself and realize that this same attitude and reaction to the truth is why obesity is an epidemic. It is why the fitness industry has failed miserably. It is why people all over the world are made to feel as if there is something wrong with them when their natural defenses make them quit the abuse their bodies endure at the hands of these misguided fitness "experts".

Strong words yes, but let’s be blunt. People actually are dying due to the approach that turns people away from fitness. Let that smug gym rat who giggles when you tell them how you train consider that for a while.
One month from now, when you are still following our program, you will be living proof.

One year from now when fitness is part of your life routine, you will be a living example of how right we are.
20 years from now as you walk past the prescription counter at the drug store and see the line full of old trainers getting their pain medication for their destroyed joints… and you see their former clients (who they won’t recognize because they only worked together for 2 weeks) getting their prescriptions filled for their weight related maladies… you will be so glad you are a long term example of how the correct approach to fitness improves, enhances and elongates your entire life!

Joel and Chris
Even as children, they spent hours in each others basements working out with their fathers weight sets. Their interests in exercise and fitness took them different directions over the years until in 1983, they began training in Martial Arts, by 1987, both had earned their black belts.

By this time, Joel had started to turn his focus to bodybuilding while Chris pursued a competitive path in Taekwon-Do. While they were training partners in the gym and on the martial art training floor, their competitive goals were in different areas. They learned to motivate each other and also began quickly noticing how many people struggled with maintaining their training regimes.

Their biggest training break through was likely when they discovered that most traditional training programs put too much demand on the body and limited results due to over training. Joel created a program that Chris quickly adopted where their strength training workouts were reduced to less than 10 minutes every second day. The results were immediate!

Joel won championship after championship in bodybuilding and Chris was doing the same in Taekwon-Do. Joel cut his competitive career short when he settled down to have a family and take over his fathers advertising business. Chris continued competing in Taekwon-Do and chose to open and run a training centre as a career. By 2004, Chris won the World Taekwon-Do Championship and credited his training and diet secrets as his big advantage. While Joel had stopped competing as a bodybuilder by that time, he continued his personal training and even worked with athletes who sought him out for his expert advise. Professionally, Joel had converted his fathers advertising business into an online service provider. By 2008, he had renamed his company "GVO" and grown it into a $20 million a year business.

For the last few years, they have worked to take their combined knowledge and create the 7 Minute Workout com life program. Perhaps their biggest challenge yet will be to educate the world about how everyone can adopt fitness into their lives. The internet will spread the word and their passion as well as understanding the need to support their clients will guarantee results! Success has been their pattern but the difference this time is that their success is measured by your success!

"Learn from our years of trial and error, from hours and hours of over training and diminished returns. Not to mention injuries due to over training. Once we discovered that training only 7 to 10 minutes a day three times per week was the ideal work load, only then were we able to enjoy exercise to its fullest and reap the rewards of becoming world class athletes!"
