planning to write about list building since the day the expression “The money
is in the list” hooked me. Then I received this mail today from Stu up there in
the mountains in Japan
and thought this was the moment. But on second thoughts I considered publishing
Stu’s mail better. It so captures the essence of what I could say. He began:
